Canonteign Falls
Christow, Exeter, Devon, EX6 7RH
Canonteign Falls is one of Devon’s most beautiful outdoor attractions, set in 90 acres of peaceful parkland and woodland on the edge of Dartmoor. It’s home to the highest waterfall in the national park and a great place for a relaxed walk, a bit of fresh air, or a family day out.
There’s plenty to explore for all ages and abilities. You can take a gentle walk around the lakes, or head up through the Victorian fern garden to reach the top of the falls—climbing 90 original stone steps along the way. There are incredible views over the Devon countryside from the top, with plenty of spots to pause and take it in.
