Porthleven is one of Cornwall’s most characterful harbour towns – and it’s buzzing year-round with waterside restaurants, independent shops and cosy pubs. Grab a crab line, paddle in the harbour, try your hand at kayaking or enjoy a walk along the beach at low tide, where you’ll often spot happy dogs racing across the sand. The house is also well placed for exploring local highlights like St Michael’s Mount (8 miles) and the spectacular Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula (14.5 miles).
Inside, you’ll find a bright, modern open-plan living space with huge windows and glass doors that frame the view.
